Returns & Store Credit Policy
At Tumboran, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below before requesting a return.
Eligible for Returns
To qualify for a return, your tumbler must meet all of the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, requests made after 7 days are not eligible for store credit.

The tumbler must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all original packaging.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Items that are sold out at the time your return is processed are not eligible for return.

Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for returns. Any tumbler priced at $14.99 or less is considered a clearance item.

Store credit will be sent to the email address used for your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in your store credit.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different tumbler, simply return your eligible item and use your store credit to place a new order.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom tumblers

Holiday or seasonal tumblers

Clearance or mystery items
-
Discounted items
-
Tumblers that are sold out on our website
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong tumbler, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
